Returns

We accept returns within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@everysolutions.co.in to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package your item along with a copy of your proof of purchase and ship it to the address provided below:

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund within seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions
